About This Role
- Manage the end-to-end invoice-to-payment lifecycle for all Supply Chain Management related transactions in ZEISS India.
- Lead and oversee a small team (2-3 members) to ensure process discipline, transparency, and operational efficiency in P2P operations.
- Maintain strong financial controls, ensure accurate invoice verification, timely vendor payments, and compliance throughout the P2P cycle.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Accounts Payable, or supply chain finance operations.
- Strong knowledge of P2P lifecycle processes: PO validation, GRN verification, invoice matching, and payment reconciliation.
- Understanding of compliance and audit requirements relevant to P2P.
- Work Experience Required: 8-10 years in relevant domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing cross-functional coordination among SCM, warehouse, and finance teams for payment and invoice processes.
- Strong process governance mindset with ability to identify gaps and drive process improvements to reduce errors and cycle time.
- Experience leading small teams and maintaining structured documentation to ensure audit readiness and financial compliance.
