About This Role
- Maintain and analyze global software asset data within an asset management tool to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve invoice and payment issues related to software assets and confirm contract/order data integrity.
- Perform audits, surveys, and data reporting; support vendor reviews and procurement activities including purchase requisitions and price quotations.
Minimum Requirements
- AA Degree or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of purchasing or buying experience focused on technology.
- Strong Excel skills including vLookups and Pivot Tables; experience with Google Docs and Oracle.
- Work Experience Required: 1-2 years purchasing or buying experience with technology focus.

- Experienced in maintaining and analyzing technical asset databases with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Can operate effectively both tactically and strategically with minimal supervision in a collaborative team environment.
