About This Role
- Own and implement QA policy & strategy for allocated projects ensuring successful deployment and implementation of software.
- Define, execute, and analyze manual and automated test cases collaborating with development and business teams to meet acceptance criteria.
- Report on test progress, defects, risks, and quality metrics while mentoring QA Analysts and supporting multi-location UAT with clients.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of QA experience with 2+ years owning QA projects.
- 2+ years experience working on eFront projects.
- Excellent understanding of Closed Ended Funds business.
- Experience with QA best practices, automation tools (preferably UiPath), Azure DevOps or similar test management tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing QA projects for complex financial software environments, especially Closed Ended Funds domain.
- Skilled at collaborating with globally dispersed technical and non-technical teams including client UAT management.
- Comfortable with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, automation implementation, and cloud technologies (Azure).
