About This Role
- Own the product vision and execution for an industry-leading data management framework encompassing data acquisition, cleaning, transformation, and workflows.
- Support the end-to-end AI/ML lifecycle, including design, experimentation, deployment, tuning, and continuous improvement of production-grade financial analytics AI models.
- Collaborate with analytics domain experts, engineering, and delivery teams to integrate and optimize financial data pipelines and communicate progress to diverse internal stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in data science, analytics, or statistical modeling roles.
- Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science with Data Science certification, or Engineering specializing in Data Science and AI.
- Strong expertise in Python, core ML/DL libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn), NLP, LLMs, RAG workflows, AWS or Azure cloud deployment skills.
- Experience with Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, statistical analysis, and large-scale data processing; familiarity with MLOps principles and commercial/open-source data management tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in developing and productionizing AI/ML solutions in financial services or investment banking environments, preferably with knowledge of Refinitiv or LSEG products.
- Capable of leading cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively with senior stakeholders including executives and C-suite.
- Strong strategic mindset to design integrated financial analytics platforms that unify multiple tools into optimized workflows and align with business objectives.
