About This Role
- Develop and integrate Java backend services with existing solutions, ensuring production-ready, high-quality code using test-driven development.
- Resolve technical issues and innovate to improve scalability and performance of TransUnion products.
- Collaborate with engineering managers and product teams in a hybrid work environment, delivering reliable microservices applications architecture.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Java backend development including Java, Hibernate, Spring Boot.
- Experience with microservices architecture and development.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
- Hybrid work model requiring minimum two days per week onsite presence.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong hands-on coding and debugging skills with backend technologies, emphasizing Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with continuous integration/deployment tools such as Harness, and version control tools like Git and Gerrit.
- Comfortable working in hybrid environments and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
