About This Role
- Design, build, and operate secure, scalable Google Cloud Platform (GCP) solutions for large scale data ingestion, processing, analytics, and enterprise archiving in a regulated financial environment.
- Develop and manage end-to-end data pipelines and containerized/serverless platforms using GCP tools including Cloud Composer, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, GKE, Cloud Run, and BigQuery with focus on security, reliability, and compliance.
- Lead platform observability, infrastructure as code (Terraform), performance tuning, and collaborate with architecture and compliance teams to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience Required: Proven experience engineering and operating large scale, production GCP environments in regulated enterprise contexts (financial services preferred).
- Technical Skills: Expertise in GCP data engineering tools (Cloud Composer, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Cloud Storage), Terraform, GKE, Cloud Run, Java and Python (incl. PySpark), and Google Cloud Observability solutions.
- Certifications: Certified GCP Professional Cloud Engineer preferred.
- Location: Pune, India (onsite requirement implied).

- Experienced senior engineer with strong ownership of cloud data platform design and operations in regulated financial services environments.
- Proficient in advanced BigQuery analytics, Terraform-based IaC, container orchestration, cloud observability, and CI/CD for complex distributed systems.
- Able to produce clear architecture and operational documentation, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and mentor engineering teams while applying AI tools responsibly.
