About This Role
- Design, develop, and deliver engineering solutions to improve business goal efficiency and reliability in production environments.
- Lead resolution of complex incidents and problems, including Level 3 or advanced support, and manage disaster recovery testing and release changes.
- Drive continuous service improvement by automating processes, improving availability/performance, and partnering with product development to enhance IT design and delivery governance.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in SRE, Production Support, ITIL, Cloud Technology, monitoring, and automation.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline (or equivalent technical diploma).
- Experience with technologies such as SRE production tools, SQL, Power Automate, PowerShell scripting, GCP, GitHub Actions, Ansible, DevOps, and CI/CD.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 10 years as engineer specializing in SRE and related domains.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in global Level 3 SRE and production support within ITIL framework, capable of managing complex application and infrastructure domains.
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, MSPL, Java and working knowledge of tools like Service-Now, Confluence, and JIRA.
- Ability to operate in diverse teams across locations, quickly adapt to emerging technologies, and leverage AI tools responsibly to optimize workflows and problem-solving.
