About This Role
- Lead technical triage and first-level analysis of incoming issues, determining ownership and driving investigations to appropriate teams.
- Investigate and debug issues related to UE simulator tools at the flow and code level to identify root causes and cross-module ownership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including troubleshooting, development, testing, and systems to resolve issues and improve diagnostic processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of industry experience in RAN / UE side work, including 3+ years specifically in 5G troubleshooting.
- Degree in Electrical Electronics, Computer Science or related fields (B.E./B.S./B.Tech./M.S./M.E./M.Tech.).
- Strong knowledge of 3GPP protocols, 4G/5G network architecture, UE protocol stacks, signaling, and end-to-end call/data flows.
- Experience with technical support including customer issue handling, ticket investigation, log analysis, tracing, diagnostics, and code-level debugging.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in telecom E2E system verification, integration, and product troubleshooting with an emphasis on UE simulator tools.
- Skilled at identifying impacted modules and driving ownership in Agile and cross-functional team (XFT) environments.
- Strong communicator and stakeholder manager able to operate independently and drive issue resolution effectively.
