About This Role
- Lead financial analysis for product selection and strategy to manage product portfolio health across markets.
- Manage annual Product R&D budget including budgeting, forecasting, monthly latest estimates, and variance analysis.
- Drive finance digitalization initiatives, including developing dashboards, automating reporting, and maintaining financial metrics accuracy.
Minimum Requirements
- MBA in Finance or CA qualification.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance, or similar financial planning and analysis role.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial performance evaluation.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI and working with large datasets for financial insights.

- Strong commercial acumen linking financial performance with business/product drivers.
- Proven ability to independently lead analytical and digitalization projects from concept to implementation.
- Capability to communicate complex financial insights clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
