About This Role
- Lead implementation and integration of insider risk detection tools and data loss prevention (DLP) systems into existing security infrastructure, including SIEM and SOAR automation.
- Develop, configure, and fine-tune security policies and systems to optimize insider threat detection while minimizing false positives; maintain documentation and reporting for compliance and management.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies for proactive insider threat identification and drive continuous improvement of the organization's security posture.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in data security, data loss prevention, cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance.
- Experience with insider risk management tools and technologies; hands-on with SIEM, SOAR, and DLP solutions.
- Familiarity with industry regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA.
- Location requirement: Hyderabad office; ability to coordinate with US and global stakeholders.
