About This Role
- Verify vendor onboarding documents and conduct outbound verification calls to prevent payment fraud.
- Investigate and resolve suspicious payment requests while maintaining detailed documentation and compliance.
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable team to ensure timely, secure payment processing following verification protocols.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a Senior Finance Analyst role.
- Accounting degree required (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance).
- Experience with ERP systems such as Yardi, PeopleSoft, or Work Dynamics preferred.
- On-site location requirement: Gurugram, Haryana, India.

- Experienced in fraud detection and prevention within vendor payment or accounts payable processes.
- Strong verbal communication skills for professional vendor interactions and multiple daily outbound calls.
- Background combining accounting knowledge with investigative abilities to ensure secure, compliant payment processes.
