About This Role
- Lead design and development of embedded Bluetooth firmware focusing on audio features across Classic and BLE standards.
- Own real-time embedded software development including debugging and integration in resource-constrained environments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on product development lifecycle and mentor junior engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years experience in embedded firmware or wireless software development.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong expertise in C/C++ firmware development, real-time systems, and Bluetooth Classic & BLE audio profiles.
- Experience with memory- and power-optimized embedded solutions and debugging timing-critical software.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to independently drive technical outcomes beyond standard solutions in embedded Bluetooth firmware.
- Experience working in fast-paced, iterative development environments with modern tools including AI-assisted development.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience in mentoring and technical leadership within embedded systems teams.
