About This Role
- Lead technical direction and establish engineering standards for a team of data engineers building enterprise-scale, scalable cloud data platforms.
- Architect and develop modern data platforms spanning lakehouse, data warehouse, streaming, and APIs with reusable frameworks, ensuring governance, security, and operational reliability.
- Champion AI-first engineering practices throughout data platform lifecycle, including integration of AI tools, automated testing, and AI-ready data products.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, or related disciplines with demonstrated technical leadership.
- Strong expertise with MS Fabric, Azure Data Factory, and modern cloud data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake.
- Advanced skills in SQL, data modeling, programming (Python, PySpark, Scala, Java, or C#), and cloud architecture on Azure or comparable clouds.

- Proven leader capable of mentoring engineers and leading complex data platform initiatives end-to-end in a scalable, governed enterprise environment.
- Experienced in integrating multi-platform cloud data technologies with deep knowledge of data architecture, AI-assisted engineering, and modern DevOps.
- Strong at translating complex technical solutions into clear architectures and influencing cross-functional teams including product, analytics, and compliance.
