About This Role
- Own and publish monthly MIS packs including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow summaries, and key metrics with commentary.
- Manage consolidated MIS across group entities (India, Singapore, US) ensuring reconciliation with books of account.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; build financial models and support decision-making through profitability and performance analysis.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years experience in management reporting, MIS, FP&A, or business finance.
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant, MBA (Finance), or CFA with strong FP&A exposure.
- Strong knowledge of Ind AS and management accounting; advanced Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and financial modeling skills.
- On-site in Bengaluru; experience with multi-currency and intercompany reporting across India, Singapore, and US entities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building or substantially improving financial reporting and budgeting processes.
- Comfortable owning end-to-end reporting and collaborating across business verticals including product and engineering teams.
- Able to communicate complex financial information and insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders with actionable recommendations.
