About This Role
- Analyze monthly financial performance versus forecasts and plans, investigating key deviation drivers.
- Perform revenue accounting and costing analysis in compliance with NOV accounting policies, USGAAP, and US inventory guidelines.
- Deliver timely management reports, support annual operating plan preparation, and participate in ERP implementation and process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Professional qualification such as CA or ACCA, or Master’s degree in accounting or finance.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience post-qualification, preferably in manufacturing within a multinational company.
- Proficiency in Excel and prior experience with ERP systems mandatory.
- Working knowledge of USGAAP and Indian Direct and Indirect Tax required; English fluency essential.

- Experienced in manufacturing finance roles with strong analytical and business partnering skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, multinational environments with cross-functional teams.
- Capable of handling complex costing, revenue accounting, and financial reporting with USGAAP and ERP implementations.
