About This Role
- Independently manage end-to-end business analysis workstreams addressing complex, ambiguous business problems within a life sciences domain.
- Lead stakeholder management across cross-functional teams, facilitating workshops, resolving conflicts, and shaping strategic perspectives to align project goals.
- Translate requirements into strategic implementation plans that impact products or initiatives, contribute to solution design, and mentor junior analysts.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of Business Analysis or Consultancy experience, with at least 2+ years in life sciences/pharma or a related business function.
- Proven ability to independently manage entire BA workstreams and handle ambiguous requirements.
- Advanced knowledge of Business Analysis concepts with strong proficiency in requirements elicitation, documentation, traceability, and change management.
- Work location/timezone: CET time zone; explicit mention of Hyderabad location (#Hyderabad2026).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing strategic BA activities within complex, multi-solution product environments in life sciences or pharma sectors.
- Strong in applying both business and technical analysis principles, capable of connecting domain knowledge with technology interdependencies.
- Demonstrates leadership in stakeholder engagement and mentoring, improving processes and contributing actively to organizational best practices and Communities of Practice.
