About This Role
- Own vision, strategy, and execution of an enterprise-wide Customer 360 data product for global credit card business.
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle including roadmap, feature definition, stakeholder alignment across multiple functions like Marketing, Risk, Fraud, and Digital.
- Ensure delivery of scalable, governed customer data products enabling identity resolution, segmentation, personalization, compliance, and executive reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years in Product Management, Data Products, Customer Analytics, or Data Platforms.
- Experience in banking, payments, credit cards, financial services, or fintech sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Customer 360, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Master Data Management (MDM), and SQL Data Analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) mandatory; Agile product development experience required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Product manager adept at defining and executing complex, data-centric enterprise initiatives involving cross-functional teams.
- Experienced in customer data domain with proven skills in driving data strategy, stakeholder communications, and compliance adherence.
- Comfortable working in regulated financial environments with knowledge of credit card lifecycle, cloud platforms, and data governance frameworks.
