About This Role
- Lead requirement elicitation and technical documentation specific to telecom and satellite communications projects.
- Analyze data and model business processes to support telecom and technology-focused solutions.
- Manage stakeholder communication and work in Agile or hybrid delivery environments to ensure successful project delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 9 to 12 years total work experience; 3 to 7 years specifically as a Business Analyst in telecom, maritime, or technology environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proficiency with BA tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, UML, MS Visio and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity.
- Immediate joiner; location must be Pune or Mumbai.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in telecom domains including satellite communications (VSAT), terrestrial networks (4G/5G/LTE), SD-WAN, and maritime operations.
- Comfortable working with API-driven architectures and integration projects, suggesting strong technical and systems understanding.
- Experienced operating within Agile frameworks including SAFe or hybrid delivery models and adept at stakeholder management.
