About This Role
- Manage software asset lifecycle activities including procurement, deployment, usage tracking, renewal, and retirement.
- Perform license reconciliations and risk management by analyzing entitlement and deployment data, supporting audit readiness and compliance.
- Maintain and optimize data in ServiceNow SAM Pro or similar platforms; produce reports and support process improvements for software asset management.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 1 to 3 years relevant experience in Software Asset Management, ITAM, software licensing, procurement operations, compliance, or related analytical roles.
- Familiarity with software licensing models, ServiceNow SAM Pro or comparable SAM/ITAM platforms, and software compliance/audit processes.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience working within structured software asset management processes in large or global organizations.
- Operationally skilled in using SAM platforms like ServiceNow SAM Pro to maintain data quality and generate actionable insights.
