About This Role
- Manage and oversee daily transportation operations including staff scheduling and route management for shuttle services (12-seater and above).
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient transportation services while maintaining compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Handle transportation-related issues effectively and maintain accurate records and reports for operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience in transportation operations and employee management.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience operating shuttle services of 12-seater capacity or above.
- On-site location requirement: Bengaluru South.

- Experienced in managing daily transport logistics and vendor coordination in a corporate or real estate services environment.
- Familiar with transportation management systems and compliance with safety regulations.
- Operationally detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills to handle transportation issues efficiently.
