About This Role
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support hotel and business goals.
- Manage daily HR operations including recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, compliance, and performance management.
- Supervise HR team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and oversee HR data systems and reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in HR, preferably in hospitality or service-oriented industries.
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Familiarity with recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and labor laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
