About This Role
- Manage upgrades and remediation of End-of-Vendor-Support (EOVS) and vulnerability items across SMC application environments in coordination with Development and Infrastructure teams.
- Coordinate closely with vendors and internal CTI teams to understand and plan for upcoming upgrades affecting application components.
- Contribute to application systems analysis and programming activities related to infrastructure support.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in infrastructure support roles.
- Knowledge of Linux operating system and scripting.
- Understanding of networking and load balancers.
- Familiarity with storage concepts including NAS, SAN, and hardware components like HBA.

- Experienced in coordinating cross-functional teams including vendors and internal stakeholders for upgrade planning and execution.
- Strong practical knowledge of infrastructure components relevant to application environments such as storage, networking, and OS.
- Capable of proactive planning and communication to manage vulnerabilities and system upgrades effectively.
