- Collaborate with Account Managers to source, screen, and identify talent for US clients across multiple industries.
- Conduct candidate assessments and maintain pipelines ensuring quality and timeliness of recruitment.
- Work night shifts aligning with US time zone to deliver end-to-end recruitment support for international hiring.
Minimum Requirements
- 0 - 1.5 years experience; recruitment domain preferred but freshers welcome.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory).
- Excellent English communication skills and coordination ability.
- Willingness to work night shifts corresponding to US time zones (07:30 PM - 04:30 AM IST or 06:30 PM - 03:30 AM IST).
