About This Role
- Design and build security guardrails, automation, and AI-powered tooling that enable engineering teams to ship software securely from commit to production.
- Own and drive outcomes across secure SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, software supply chain integrity, WAF/WAAP and API protection, and AI/LLM security.
- Partner with engineering, architecture, and DevOps leaders to define secure coding standards, vulnerability prioritization, threat modeling, and measure security impact via data.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years in Application Security, Product Security, or Secure Software Development with a focus on building capabilities, not just operations.
- Experience designing security controls for CI/CD platforms (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps) at scale and tuning SAST, DAST, SCA, container scanning, WAF, and API protections.
- Deep understanding of OWASP Top 10 (Web & API), CWE, secure coding practices, and knowledge of OWASP Top 10 for LLM applications and MITRE ATLAS.
- Work Experience Required: 6+ years in relevant security domains. Location: Remote/Teleworker. Notice period: Not explicitly mentioned in the JD.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in driving end-to-end security initiatives that integrate into developer workflows and CI/CD pipelines with measurable outcomes.
- Skilled at designing AI/LLM security solutions including AI-powered automation for security testing, threat modeling for autonomous agents, and secure AI adoption frameworks.
- Capable of collaborating as a trusted advisor with engineering and leadership to influence roadmaps and scale security practices enterprise-wide.
