About This Role
- Lead end-to-end strategy and execution of high-priority operational programs, including troubleshooting and process design.
- Manage strategic partnerships with external developers and fleet operators, handling complex negotiations and trust-building.
- Own P&L and growth targets for your area, optimizing unit economics, budgets, and investments for operational success.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years experience in Operations, Program Management, Strategy Consulting, or similar fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes in high-velocity B2B or consumer-facing business units.
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data-driven business decision skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing senior-level partnerships and influencing cross-functional teams, including executives.
- Comfortable operating in dynamic, ambiguous, and high-stakes environments requiring adaptability and resilience.
- Background or strong interest in Fleet Operations, Logistics, Autonomous Vehicle technology, or launching new products/markets (0-to-1 environments).
