About This Role
- Lead and implement QA policies, strategies, and test plans for finance-related projects ensuring alignment with Apex's global QA framework.
- Define, execute, and analyze manual and automated test cases; track defects and coordinate resolutions to guarantee software quality.
- Provide mentorship, prioritize QA tasks, conduct review meetings, and manage UAT cycles including client interaction for newly acquired companies.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of QA experience with 2+ years owning QA projects in Finance domain.
- Experience with Xentis platform, QA automation tools (ideally UiPath), and test management tools (Azure DevOps, Zephyr, X-Ray).
- Experience in Waterfall and Agile (BDD, DevOps) methodologies and UAT with global teams.
- Work Experience Required: 6+ years QA experience, including 2+ years in finance-related QA projects.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced QA professional adept in both manual and automation testing within finance and complex project environments.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with globally dispersed technical and non-technical teams.
- Capable of mentoring, leading QA teams and interfacing with business and client stakeholders effectively.
