About This Role
- Lead design and configuration of complex Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations using Gosu, PCF, Plugins, Workflow, and integration.
- Develop and maintain application data models, product models, and UI elements tailored to client-specific business requirements.
- Collaborate on integration between PolicyCenter and external/internal systems via SOAP/REST and other messaging methods; ensure robust testing and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter development.
- Proficiency in Gosu, PCF, Entities, Typelists, Apache Camel, RESTful APIs, Bitbucket, IntelliJ.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Flexibility for shift work aligning with US time zones.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in PolicyCenter configuration and integration within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Capable of leading technical implementation and mentoring others on Guidewire solutions.
- Familiar with AI-enabled delivery and data-driven continuous improvement practices.
