About This Role
- Manage and control training curricula and assignments in the Learning Management System (LMS), including new hire orientation and compliance training tracking.
- Maintain and archive training records ensuring data integrity and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
- Provide training support for LMS users, generate reports to monitor site training metrics, and manage training content updates and metadata configuration.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), M.Pharm, or MSc.
- 4-8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of GMP and regulatory training compliance.
- Proficient in MS Office with excellent communication skills (oral and written).
