About This Role
- Lead delivery performance for 4-6 pods (Engineering, Quality, Product) ensuring value flow from idea to production with pace and predictability.
- Drive AI-augmented delivery practices, leveraging AI tools to reduce toil, improve decision-making, and track impact on performance.
- Manage metrics, risks, dependencies, capacity planning, and stakeholder communication to optimize throughput and align delivery to business outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years in delivery/agile roles with at least 3 years leading multiple teams/pods simultaneously in a technology environment.
- Expertise in flow-based delivery approaches (Kanban, lean, continuous delivery).
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with AI tooling applied to software delivery.
- Work Experience Required: 7+ years in delivery/agile roles, 3+ years multi-team leadership.

- Experienced in managing complex delivery environments with multiple cross-functional pods using adaptive, data-driven approaches rather than prescriptive frameworks.
- Skilled in using AI tools and data analytics to identify systemic issues, improve delivery flow, and support capacity/resource optimization.
