About This Role
- Ensure consistent and timely supply of direct and indirect materials for manufacturing through material requirement planning (MRP) and purchase order management using SAP.
- Lead vendor sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and onboarding including comparative statement preparation and contract terms finalization.
- Manage inventory, coordinate with stores and accounts for GRN and payments, handle rejections, and prepare purchase and cost analysis reports.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in material planning or procurement, preferably in manufacturing or HVAC domain.
- Hands-on experience with ERP system SAP and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of vendor sourcing practices and exposure to ISO standards and procedures.
- Any Graduate qualification; Diploma/Degree in Engineering preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Candidate with strong operational experience in manufacturing supply chain focusing on material planning and procurement.
- Experienced in techno-commercial evaluation and capable of handling end-to-end purchase processes within ERP environments.
- Comfortable working in structured processes adhering to ISO standards, with analytical capabilities for cost and inventory management.
