About This Role
- Coordinate end-to-end import/export shipments including customs clearance and compliance with Customs, DGFT, and Foreign Trade regulations.
- Manage and monitor export/import schemes such as EPCG, Deemed Export, MOOWR, EOU, RoDTEP, and Advance Authorization ensuring proper execution.
- Prepare and verify all import/export documentation, manage invoice verification, and generate MIS reports for shipment and logistics cost analysis.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Import-Export Operations, Logistics, Customs, or Supply Chain functions; manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Graduate degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
- Experience with Import & Export Documentation, Customs & DGFT Compliance, and export incentive schemes like EPCG and MOOWR.
- Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and advanced Excel for MIS reporting.

- Strong expertise in customs procedures and international trade incentive schemes applicable to manufacturing sector.
- Capable of independently managing coordination with multiple stakeholders including CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and internal teams for seamless shipment execution.
- Detail-oriented with skills in invoice verification, compliance audits, and logistics cost control to support operational efficiency and financial accuracy.
