About This Role
- Own and define test strategy and governance for large-scale ERP and supply chain transformation programs including o9 EOP across multiple regions.
- Lead and manage all testing phases (SIT, UAT, regression, performance) and Go-Live readiness for complex multi-system landscapes.
- Drive automation with Selenium and TOSCA, manage defect processes, and deliver regular quality reporting to senior stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–10 years of QA and software testing experience with 4–5 years as test lead or test manager on large transformation programs.
- Hands-on expertise with Selenium and TOSCA automation frameworks is mandatory.
- Experience with test management tools like JIRA/Zephyr, ALM, or Azure DevOps.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related technical field; engineering preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading testing for ERP/supply chain platforms (o9, SAP IBP, S/4HANA) in CPG/FMCG environments.
- Skilled in managing global, matrixed teams and multi-regional stakeholders across NALA, MEU, and AMEA regions.
- Capable of integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines and driving UAT exit approvals and Go-Live validations.
