About This Role
- Serve as primary liaison at the mall client site to manage tenant relations and address guest needs.
- Coordinate between business, operations, and technical teams to deliver data analytics, reporting (including daily, weekly, MMR, QBR, ABR), and compliance documentation.
- Own all site statutory and audit compliance processes including record-keeping, tracking renewals, and uploading documentation to compliance tools.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in MBA Finance, M.Com, or B.Com.
- 5-8 years experience in Mall Operation, Retail, Hotel, or Real Estate sectors.
- Work location: On-site in Ludhiana, Punjab.
- Work schedule: 48 hours per week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in mall operations with strong emphasis on finance and compliance management.
- Analytical and meticulous with a focus on data integrity, reporting accuracy, and managing cross-functional coordination.
- Comfortable working on-site within a structured operational team including Mall Head and Operation Head.
