About This Role
- Own initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and product rollout into production, recommending solutions and improvements.
- Conduct complex software quality assurance testing, process monitoring, product evaluations, and audits to ensure adherence to standards and procedures.
- Lead and mentor teams, document findings with root cause analysis, and manage quality metrics reporting impacting multiple teams and projects.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years hands-on experience in Core Java and test automation frameworks (Cucumber, TestNG, JUnit).
- Strong expertise in backend automation testing including API, message-based, and database testing; good knowledge of Selenium.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Jenkins), version control, SQL, Linux; experience with message brokers is a plus.
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent; Work Experience Required: 8+ years explicitly mentioned.
