About This Role
- Coordinate and lead delivery of Cardiovascular Business Unit (CBU) field analytics, operations, and reporting across internal and external teams in India, ensuring quality and operational efficiency.
- Serve as main point of contact for CBU Field Excellence leadership in US and offshore teams; manage relationships across complex internal teams and functional groups.
- Drive initiatives including sales force go-to-market strategies, field force capabilities execution, continuous improvement, and automation efforts with measurable business impact.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's degree with 10+ years or Bachelor's with 12+ years experience in sales analytics, sales operations, field effectiveness, and/or field reporting.
- Minimum 2 years leadership experience managing people, teams, projects or programs.
- Experience leading and delivering sales force Go-To-Market and Size and Structure strategy projects (minimum 3 years).
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and prioritizing resources across responsibilities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in sales force effectiveness and field analytics within bio/pharmaceutical or related industries, familiar with CRM, sales operations enablement, and reporting platforms.
- Strong analytical and technical skills including data analysis, statistical tools, Excel, SQL, and data visualization.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, communicate complex findings clearly to senior management, and implement process or systems innovations.
