About This Role
- Support Ocean Product Development team by providing financial insights and foresight to drive value creation for customers and shareholders.
- Own key performance indicators, analyze business performance, and provide variance analysis to guide decision-makers on financial impacts.
- Lead financial analysis projects, support strategic initiatives, and drive process improvements ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s and bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; CA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Minimum 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, or Performance Management roles.
- Strong proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) and financial systems is advantageous.
