About This Role
- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered and workflow automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and scalability across GSC operations.
- Build intelligent automation using AI capabilities including Generative AI, LLMs, RAG pipelines, conversational AI, and document processing to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, compliant, maintainable automation products with robust exception handling, monitoring, and continuous optimization.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in automation development.
- Proficiency in Python, .NET, C#, SQL, and hands-on experience with Generative AI/LLM frameworks like Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, or LangChain.
- Experience with RAG pipelines, Azure AI Document Intelligence or equivalent cognitive services, and knowledge of responsible AI practices including bias mitigation and transparency.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in applying advanced AI/ML technologies in enterprise automation environments with a focus on operational impact and performance measurement.
- Skilled at integrating multiple AI-driven components including OCR, conversational AI, and enterprise data sources into cohesive automation solutions.
- Able to work independently within guidelines while collaborating with product owners, platform teams, and SMEs in Agile settings, managing multiple projects with thorough documentation and adherence to governance.
