About This Role
- Manage end-to-end Expense Accounting and reporting activities for the Global Finance Centre.
- Partner with Global Process Owner to drive process improvements, controls enhancements, and automation.
- Lead transformation and re-engineering projects ensuring compliance and accurate period-end close including accruals and reconciliations.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of progressive experience in Accounting Operations/Record to Report within Controllers environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or MBA; Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA) mandatory.
- Practical knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas); knowledge of Essbase, Oracle Financials; experience with data analytics and visualization tools is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in controllership/accounting within Shared Services and comfortable managing complex accounting transactions and reconciliations.
- Capable of driving process improvements and automation initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates strong ownership of end-to-end accounting deliverables including period-end closures, accrual management, and compliance.
