About This Role
- Lead end-to-end testing efforts for complex business applications, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows including test planning, defect governance, and release readiness.
- Manage and coordinate distributed onshore/offshore test teams, ensuring test coverage aligns with business risk and control requirements.
- Develop and maintain automated UI and API tests, troubleshoot automation issues, and report testing progress, risks, and coverage gaps to senior stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 9+ years of software testing experience including leadership of complex application or workflow testing.
- Strong skills in test planning, execution management, defect governance, risk reporting, and release readiness assessments.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Playwright or Selenium and API automation using REST Assured or similar.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading distributed testing teams with capability to manage priorities, coach juniors, and remove blockers.
- Proficient in SQL, APIs, data validation, Azure DevOps or equivalent tools for test management and traceability.
- Familiar with financial services or regulated-enterprise environment and has experience with workflow platforms such as Appian or Salesforce and AI-enabled workflow testing.
