About This Role
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain secure and scalable web applications using Python, AWS, React, and related technologies.
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated application deployment across Development, QA, and Production environments.
- Coach and mentor other developers while managing project delivery timelines, cost-effective solutions, and client satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant field.
- 4-5 years of software development experience with strong Python coding and server-side development skills.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (APIs, Lambdas, DynamoDB, S3, IAM, EC2, VPC, RDS) and SQL database design (preferably PostgreSQL).
- Experience with front-end technologies like React and familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Sonarqube, and GitHub.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced FullStack developer capable of end-to-end ownership from demand management through development to support and scaling teams.
- Proficient in cloud-native application design with strong skills in API implementation, RESTful services, and test automation.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and able to translate business requirements into technical solutions with a focus on operational excellence and client advocacy.
