About This Role
- Lead and execute internal audit and controls testing engagements focusing on IFC/SOX testing.
- Manage stakeholder interactions, coordinate processes, and review audit deliverables including walkthroughs, testing workpapers, and Risk and Control Matrices (RCMs).
- Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of controls and ensure engagement delivery aligns with objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, Controls Testing, IFC/SOX Testing.
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, engineering or related field (B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance / Bachelor of Engineering).
- Proficiency in internal audit and controls testing methodologies and frameworks.
- Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP tables, T-codes, and data extraction preferred.

- Deep expertise in business processes like P2P, O2C, Inventory Management, R2R, HR & Payroll, Production, and Maintenance relevant to internal controls.
- Experienced in leading audit/testing teams with ability to review work for technical accuracy and quality.
- Candidate capable of translating business requirements into practical audit solutions and delivering quality outcomes within deadlines.
