About This Role
- Support and enhance data engineering and business intelligence applications across MUFG bank systems, including end-to-end delivery of data solutions.
- Manage and resolve production incidents, perform software releases, and maintain system documentation within defined service level agreements.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders, external vendors, and participate in shift and on-call support rotations.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in data solutions development and support.
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management tools such as ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with data engineering and business intelligence applications relevant to MUFG systems (e.g., Informatica, Hitachi).
- Work Experience Required: 5 to 8 years in data engineering/analysis roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing operational support under IT governance, service levels, and release/change management processes.
- Comfortable working in shift-based roles and on-call support environments.
- Skilled in coordinating with multiple stakeholders including external vendors for application maintenance and support.
