About This Role
- Lead administration, production support, incident management, and continuous improvement of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms.
- Serve as primary escalation point for complex Salesforce issues and drive platform stability, security, and business continuity.
- Mentor support team members, manage stakeholder communication, and lead support operations including SLA compliance and process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years hands-on experience administering Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.
- 2+ years experience leading support teams or technical operations for platform support.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce administration, incident management, integrations, and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
