About This Role
- Own end-to-end IT governance and compliance for assigned application(s) ensuring alignment with Bank policies and IT security standards.
- Maintain availability, stability, and performance of applications across Production and Test environments; manage disaster recovery testing and change management impact analysis.
- Manage vendor relationships, software licenses, access controls, technical roadmaps, documentation, and collaborate with business and IT security teams to support product enhancements and deployments.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years total IT experience with 5-6 years in application management or similar ITAO role.
- Knowledge of IT Service Management and basic technical skills in Java/Cobol, Oracle DB, PL/SQL, Linux required.
- Experience in Risk, IT Run the Bank, and Support functions.
- Good English communication skills and stakeholder management experience.

- Experienced in complex application ownership combining functional and technical expertise, with proven governance and compliance management.
- Ability to work with diverse teams across geographies and adapt to multiple concurrent assignments and priorities.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices, Agile/Scrum environments, and handling vendor/service provider management for critical applications.
