About This Role
- Own and execute the design and implementation of scalable automation frameworks primarily using Cypress and other tools like Playwright or Selenium.
- Lead and mentor automation engineers, oversee automation strategy aligned with development goals, and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
- Drive quality assurance across UI, API, backend, and environments by troubleshooting, optimizing test reliability, and collaborating with development and QA teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Lead QA Automation Engineer with end-to-end quality and automation strategy ownership.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Cypress, Playwright or Selenium, and Typescript for automation framework development.
- Proficient with API automation using Typescript, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, GitHub Actions), and version control systems.
- Work Experience Required: 7+ years as Lead QA Automation Engineer

- Experienced leader capable of mentoring teams and enforcing coding and automation standards to improve reliability and reduce flaky tests.
- Proficient operating in DevOps environments with CI/CD pipeline creation, cloud platform integration (AWS/GCP), and familiarity with Jira for test management.
- Knowledgeable in advanced automation practices including AI-assisted automation tools and capable of contributing to continuous process improvements.
