About This Role
- Set strategic direction and capability roadmap for software testing and automation within Bosch Digital’s Software Engineering Chapter.
- Lead and develop Chapter Leads and testing experts; handle workforce planning, recruitment, and skill development focused on highest risk and demand areas.
- Drive standards, methods, reuse of test frameworks, and advancement in AI-enabled quality engineering and continuous testing across organizations.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of relevant experience in software engineering and quality engineering.
- Leadership experience managing multiple teams or professional communities in international, distributed technology environments.
- University degree in computer science, software engineering, engineering, business information systems, or equivalent experience (e.g. BE, BTech, ME, MTech, MBA).
- Excellent English communication skills.
