About This Role
- Lead design and delivery of complex AI-native features on the ServiceNow platform, covering architecture through production operations.
- Build and integrate LLM-driven workflows, agentic patterns, prompt/context design, and evaluation pipelines with reliability and governance.
- Own production quality and set team standards for code quality, observability, and safe AI usage; mentor senior and mid-level engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with technical leadership at staff level or equivalent.
- Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or relevant platform language, plus solid system design skills.
- Hands-on experience building or integrating LLM-based features including prompt design and evaluation.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years in software engineering with leadership experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams on AI-native software delivery within complex platform environments.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools and clear opinions on their application and limitations.
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS, multi-tenant systems, and secure compliant software delivery environments.
