About This Role
- Administer and support enterprise Citrix environment including patching, lifecycle management, and performance optimization.
- Manage incident, problem, and escalation processes, including root cause analysis for complex Citrix issues.
- Participate in change implementation, operational improvements, and technical documentation related to Citrix services and platforms.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Citrix administration with expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, StoreFront, Director, Delivery Controllers, Machine Catalogues, Delivery Groups, MCS, and Citrix Policies.
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell scripting, and patching/vulnerability remediation.
- Experience with incident, problem, and escalation management in enterprise Citrix environments.
- Legal right to work in the country of employment (Chennai location).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing full lifecycle Citrix environments with a focus on performance and stability in enterprise settings.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills for complex Citrix incidents and escalations.
- Comfortable driving technical documentation, operational improvements, and participating in platform change implementations.
