About This Role
- Design, develop, test, and implement scalable RPA solutions primarily using Automation Anywhere.
- Lead automation projects end-to-end including requirements gathering, deployment, production support, and root cause analysis.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to developers while promoting RPA best practices and reusable components.
Minimum Requirements
- B.E/B.Tech degree in any specialization.
- Strong hands-on RPA development experience; Automation Anywhere experience preferred.
- Experience delivering medium to large automation projects from requirements through production support.
- Must be willing to work onsite five days a week; visa sponsorship not available.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading technical design, code reviews, and governance in RPA projects within enterprise environments.
- Comfortable integrating automation with ERP systems, web applications, databases, and Microsoft technologies.
- Background in system and technology integration with strong application design and requirements analysis skills.
