About This Role
- Lead design and development of Prime Brokerage solutions for FX and Equities using modern, cloud-native technologies, focusing on consolidation, automation, and scalability.
- Collaborate with FX Prime Brokerage trading, Quants, and Product teams to deliver data-driven technology solutions that improve business operations.
- Provide 3rd line production support, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to best practice and process improvements within the technology department.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's degree or above in a STEM discipline or equivalent education.
- 10+ years of software engineering and development experience with strong understanding of computer systems.
- Hands-on expertise in Java, Spring framework, ultra-low latency development, and production-grade AI coding tools like Devin, Claude code, and Codex.
- Experience with FX domain is highly preferred; strong skills in SQL/Databases and messaging technologies such as Kafka, Solace, MQ.

- Proven ability to build new systems, replace legacy systems, and renovate existing applications, emphasizing scalable and automated cloud-native solutions.
